Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms felt seedy and were not worth the price I paid, especially as I expected better for a stay before a home TTU game. On the upside, the service was really friendly, especially Anastasia. However, towards the end, it started feeling hard, and it definitely affected the experience. The location was convenient but had some downsides, like being tiny and having some disturbances outside at odd hours. The dining experience was decent, but not outstanding. Despite the ups and downs, the price could have offered better value for the 85 bucks a night we paid for seven nights.
The hotel is ideally located near the Civic Center and provides necessary amenities. While the room was clean and ready for my stay, the strong smoke odor was off-putting. The service was pleasant overall but had some issues during busy times. The location was a highlight, with access to essentials and other nearby hotels. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were on the cost-saving side.
The hotel rooms were very disappointing with the smell of stale cigarette smoke, lack of electrical outlets, and overall poor condition. However, the staff was friendly, and the location, despite some negatives, was close to several attractions. The dining experience was subpar, and some facilities were lacking.
